Donald P. Holzhauer, DDS, MS
Dr. Holzhauer was raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin and is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He earned his D.D.S. degree in 1993 from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He then earned his certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery and Master of Science degree in 1997 from The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Holzhauer joined the private practice of OMSA in 1997. He has had extensive training and experience in all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Holzhauer is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and many other professional organizations.
Dr. Holzhauer currently resides in Wales, Wisconsin. He is married to Lindsay, and has five children, Taylor, Macy, Jackson, Gabrielle, and Makenna. He enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, motorcycling, hiking, boating, and traveling with his family.
