Welcome to Our Practice
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates (OMSA) was initially founded in 1953 by Dr. F. Allen Ledward in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Drs. Franklin Grunske and Ronald Ward subsequently joined the practice as full partners. OMSA was established to provide a very high caliber of oral surgery and post-operative treatment protocols.
The practice has continued to grow in order to meet patient expectations. OMSA now includes seven oral surgeons with five offices serving patients in the Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Johnson Creek, Mukwonago, and Slinger areas.

Our mission is to:
- furnish full-scope, state-of-the-art, personalized services to our patients.
- provide informed, friendly, caring staff for the benefit of patients and referring doctors.
- provide flexibility of appointment scheduling, case planning, and financial/insurance matters.
- provide thorough follow-up on patient care.
Safety
Our clinical staff is trained annually in Basic Life Support and our doctors are trained in Advanced Life Support.
We utilize the latest in infection control measures throughout each of our four offices to protect our patients.
