Clinical Assistant

Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour

Full time is 36-37 hours per week – 1/2 day off per week! No evenings or weekends! Competitive compensation rate based on experience.

We are searching for a dependable, self-motivated, enthusiastic person who enjoys working with patients for our Clinical/Dental Assistant position.

Duties include but are not limited to: assisting patients with pre-surgical care, post-surgical care and education, monitoring vital signs and anesthesia equipment during surgeries, providing chairside assistance to the surgeon, and preparing instruments and supplies.

We have 5 offices located in Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Johnson Creek, Mukwonago, and Slinger. This position is based primarily in Oconomowoc or Johnson Creek. Minimal travel to additional office locations may be required on an as-needed basis.

Dental Sterilization Technician

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our oral surgery team. In this vital role, you will ensure the highest standards of infection control and sterilization procedures are maintained to promote a safe and efficient surgical environment. Your expertise will support our doctors and oral surgery assistants by preparing and sterilizing instruments and maintaining a sterile clinical setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care through meticulous sterilization practices. We will provide on-the-job training.

We have 5 offices located in Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Johnson Creek, Mukwonago, and Slinger. Travel to all office locations will be required on an as-needed basis.

Duties

Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments using advanced sterilization equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Operate autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and other sterilization devices while adhering to aseptic techniques.
Room patients for appointments including taking vital signs.
Follow HIPAA guidelines diligently to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
Support infection control initiatives by implementing proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and sterilization techniques aligned with industry standards.
Assist with obtaining x-rays including 3D cone beam (CBCT) and panoramic images
Collaborate effectively with the oral surgery team including administrative staff and clinical assistants to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience working in a clinical environment is preferred but not required, especially in roles involving infection control or sterilization processes.
Hands-on experience with x-ray imaging, taking vital signs, and patient care enhances your ability to support clinical workflows effectively.

Are you tired of sitting at the same desk day after day? Do you enjoy working with people? Do you think quick on your feet? We have a full time position waiting for you in our exciting, fast-paced oral surgery practice.

This position would require travel between offices, providing a variety of tasks and a new environment each day. We have 5 locations including Waukesha, Mukwonago, Slinger, Johnson Creek and Oconomowoc.

Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, entering patient information, collecting payments, and a multitude of other tasks.

Candidate must be extremely personable, eager to learn, and computer proficient.

Customer service experience is required. Office experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person.
